Letter 10
Sorry, Tim. I am Jay. Recently, I have been preparing for the 2nd midterm exam. I have to study harder because I was 13th in our class 220 but there are 18 people in 220.
1.Why are Collen (the mother) and Echo (the daughter) in Ireland at this time?
Because Echo was actually working, and just had the occasional day off.
2.What is Echo’s job while she’s traveling in Europe? What characters does she play?
Over the summer, she tried out for, and was accepted by, the European touring company. So this year, she’ll be skating with the company through about twelve different European countries, doing “he doesn’t
know how many” shows.
3.In the second picture of the “Autumn Leaves” article, what are the two crops waiting to be harvested?
Maybe they are corns or wheat and pumpkins.
On Wednesday, marriage equality was voted to legalize in whole Australia. What wonderful it is! Also, Summer and Rita took us to World Press Photo 2017. There are many photos about the poor, the refugees, animals and or so. What impressed me the most is a mom held her son in her arms with tears. It reminded me of the scar on my eyebrow. When I was almost 4 years old, I fell off from the tub and my right eyebrow was hurt and bleeding a lot. The most important is the day was 1/3 in the traditional calendar, when everyone was still on holiday until 1/5. At that time, I didn't know what happened to me; I only saw my relatives extremely nervous and all the kids crying. My dad rushed to take me to the hospital with my aunt. I remembered that my aunt cried but I didn't. I didn't know why they cried for me; I could take it; you guys didn't have to cry. Until I became an uncle, my two nephews born about 2 years ago whose mothers are my two cousin sisters, I realized why my family cried for me; that is they concerned about me; that's all. Love is exactly the most fantastic thing in the world. No matter it is between friends, families, couples and so on, it is always a wonder. No matter where you go or what you do, don't forget anyone who loves you. And always leave people better than you found them. Hug the hurt, kiss the broken, befriend the lost, love the lonely.
